Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any billing adjustments.

What happens if I exceed my monthly certificate limit?

For paid plans, we automatically bill overage at the rates shown. For the free plan, you can purchase individual certificates or upgrade to a paid plan.

Are there any setup fees?

No setup fees for any plan. You only pay the monthly subscription fee, plus any overage charges for certificates beyond your plan limit.

Can I use my own logo on certificates?

Custom logos are available on Pro plans and above. Simply upload your logo in PNG, JPG, or SVG format, and it will appear on all your certificates.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and bank transfers through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange custom payment terms.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?
